Words & Music UK

These pages show the various NEWLiiNE UK enterprises

which have developed over the last ten years.

I have been deeply involved with the musical side for many

years since I first learned to play the side-drum for

The Church Lads Brigade in Wigan in the middle 1950's.

Since then I have enjoyed life as rock 'n roll drummer in

many and various bands, been resident percussionist in the north of

England social clubs and I've even played

in a Lancashire Morris Dancer's Band from Bolton.

All that was before I retired from Further Education in 1997.

However, to this previous musical grounding I have recently

added two new heavily indulged passions; that of the written word

and one of individual creativity.

That is why I have produced this web site of 'new lines'

of my manifold endeavors of which I hope you will find

enjoyable whilst exploring here.

I also hope, that by spending some time browsing the different

pages and following the many links to be found herein, will be as

rewarding for you as it has been for me in putting all this -

words & music and everything between - together.

I hope you enjoy."

Yours between.. Bill Hart

The Nelson Mandela Speech..

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine, as children do. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

The above quotation is an extract from Marianne Williamson's 1992 book

"Return to Love"
